Exemptions for large Premises- Some large commercial or industrial sites are exempt unless they explicitly opt in. You can check the ESC’s “Register of Scheduled Activity Premises” to confirm if your premises are exempt from the scheme, or just ask us.
Eligible upgrades include LED lighting, efficient hot water systems (heat pump or solar), heating and cooling units, commercial refrigeration, motors, insulation, draught sealing, low-flow fixtures, and in-business energy displays.
